Building on the Starter capability, the Advanced solution incorporates all you have input in the Starter set. Now you can use YourHealth’s prompts to select a medication and search for alternative medications. Finally, with Comprehensive you can build insights on a personal medication management system. Comprehensive gives you the ability to see potential contraindications for any of the combination of prescriptions, over the counter medications, and vitamins/supplements that you have incorporated in your private medication management system. With Medication Management you can stay on top of the prescriptions and other supplements you take. Now at your fingertips you have the information and alerts to which mix could have serious side effects.

Health Care Visits

Whether it is getting a COVID shot at your local pharmacy or seeing your doctor, Health Care Visits empowers you with the information and questions to ask before your visit, and notes for after your visit. This application has a Starter set enabling you to Select primary chronic conditions, medications relating to upcoming doctor visit. Now you can create your own note in preparation of your visit; you might include tests being ordered, questions to ask, even information that your physician might not know.

With the Advanced capability YourHealth provides you with a search capability that can highlight other medical treatments or issues that could affect your planned visit. With this additional information you can supplement the questions you might have from the Starter set. The Health Care Visits application culminates in Comprehensive. Comprehensive enables you to focus on the critical after visit way forward. You can include doctor’s notes, recommended next steps and your personal notes on the visit. The Health Care Visits application gives you a personal view, under your control, which is essential to getting the best results from your health care professionals.
